We think this guy is great. He does good work, is dependable, very helpful, and friendly. The other people who work with him are polite and respectful people. We hired him again for several other projects and we will keep his card taped to our refrigerator. Call him! You will be glad you did!

Elliott Air Conditioning provided me a quote over the phone and installed a new Heat Pump within 2 days. The job was more difficult than expected, but held firm to the quote. The technicians were professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, cleaned up the job site when done, and stayed extra long to resolve all issues before leaving. I would recommend Darrell and his team and will use them again if I have any handman issues arise.

The only complaint is the time they took to install. 12 hours on a 2400 sq ft home was too long. I was left with no brochures. I did call for one but was told the only thing they have is the installationof the furnace.

We did not install a system, we installed all new duct for whole house, and checked with home owner before staying late to finish job.

Mr Eilliot told me how to fix the a/c problem over the phone! I had called several companies before him and no one offered the simple solution, they just told me they could not get to me for several days. I had him come out several days later to make sure everything was working properly with our unit. He provided excellent service.
