We had no hear and they came promptly and fixed it

This central Heating system suits me very well, I don’t need to worry about turning off heating when I go out because as we all do i take my mobile phone with me which tells the tado system that I’m not there ( I live on my own) and they constantly keep you informed of any upcoming updates and maintenance. I think it’s great.

Excellent customer service. Fast responses to emails, quotes provided promptly including help on size of panels needed per room. I looked at various suppliers for these types of panels and found elite heating had the best products, guarantees and good prices.

The person whom I was chatting with, had the required patience to drive me through my issues with the Thermostat. It took some time, but at the end her instructions were the good ones, which resolved my problem,

Last month my Thermostat did not work anymore so I reached out to the elite helpdesk. First of all, there were quitte some helpfully FAQ answers but not the one for me. They were very kind and responded quickly with the right instructions. Because of the 2 year warranty I was able to get a new device. The delivery was very fast and I was given quitte some time to send my device back.
