Write a ReviewGood job but they would not honor guarantee. do not respond text messages or phone calls would not hire them again. Planning to report them to the Consumer Complaint Dept.
Very proficient crew with attention to detail
I had my patio paver and a fire pit installed and the price was excellent, they did an amazing job, I am surprised at how it looks. I did not expect it to have come out so nice. They got the job done in one and a half day. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Edwin and Juan and the whole team.
They are unprofessional.
They were willing to work with me on a competitive and affordable price. They were able to complete the project in one day and within a week of the initial quote. Very efficient and accommodating crew. Highly recommend them.
We were really impressed with the team. Edwin helped with design and drainage ideas and his guys did an amazing installation.' They knew exactly what to do. So happy with this new patio!
The team did a great job installing a patio in our backyard. They recommended designs and drainage options, too. Excellent work!
This guy did a great job. I called him about one correction and he never came back . Everything I got ahold of him he said he's to busy. The correction may take 15 mins. The pavers don't allow my gate to c lose. I even gave this guy a tip.
The task was completed within a span of two days, and I highly endorse their services. They are quite occupied, so it's advisable to be patient. If you don't receive an immediate response, it's likely because they are engaged in another project, but they will make sure to follow up. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, we had to reschedule. Such occurrences are unpredictable, but fortunately, everything resolved positively in the end.
They were late and I called them. They told me they could not find the pavers that were needed for the job. I located the bricks online. They were thankful. Next, they removed the existing stone stairway., They did a good job on this. The first attempt at making a three stone stairway led to the first step being 13 inches high, the next step was 11 inches high. The first two steps reached the rise of 24 inches, but the run only covered 24 inches. This left a foot gap between the stairs and the home. There was also no lip to the 40x12x2" steps and the stairway looked really bad. They agreed to fix it. I went online and found some websites that designed stairways. I also made some hand drawings that showed the placement and size of the stones. Essentially you have three steps which are 8x10. EGP wanted to go with less lip. We ended on agreeing on 8x11 in steps. with a total 33-inch run and a 24-inch rise. Which is what the front steps of my house are. We agreed on that design. When the steps were done the first step had a 7-inch rise, so the total rise was 23 inches and there was a small gap between the stairs and the house. They wanted me to fix this problem with a strip of wood. I was not too happy about this. They also did not install a railing as I had asked for. And they did not power wash as I was told that they would do. To complete the project, I will need to hire a handyman to cover up the gap between the house and the stairs, procure and install the railings {or reuse the old railings), and power wash the cement to remove the grout scattered on the driveway. I was actually relieved to see them go. The stairway could have been done correctly the first time had a design been created. And there should have been a written contract saying what was to be done. EGP Pavers fell short of my expectations. I think they are capable of doing a good job as most of their reviews indicate. In my case their shortcomings on this job are fixable. I did get a lot of, it was my fault that the job was done incorrectly, which totally baffled me.
