So my experience with E&EE has been really good. My property manager sent him over to one of my homes and when i saw the pictures, the work stood out. It was very well done! So i got his contact information from her and i asked him if he can come do some work. He gave me the option of sending him pictures for a free estimate or paying a trip charge fee. That was new! I sent him the pictures and he asked several questions about what i needed. I'm kinda busy so i asked if i just paid for him to come when will he be available. He said the next day so he sent me the invoice for the trip charge and i paid. He showed up the next morning and i was very impressed with his presentation of himself. His prices were right on target for my budget, so i asked him when can he come do the work. He was honest about it'd depend when I decided if i wanted him to include the vanities or i buy them and him just install them. Well, since I'm busy i opted for him to take care of everything. He said he'd let me know within a few hours, that he was going to shop around and see which stores had the vanities i wanted in stock. He texted me the pictures of the ones he found. I approved and when he sent me the estimate i just had to pay for the material and delivery as the deposit, which was convenient for me. He showed up 3 days later ON TIME and i gotta say, I'm very happy i now found a reliable handyman. Before he left, he talked to my husband and Brad agreed to build my daughters playset this coming spring. I'm in Bossier City and he came from Longview. He says he's in the area a lot.
