We were very pleased with the appraisal service we got from North Coast Appraisal. They were prompt in scheduling the appointment for us, and the whole process was completed within a week. Eduardo was very professional and did a thorough job of inspecting and evaluating our property and the home on it. He also shared his knowledge with us and shared some ideas of possibilities for future use of the property, which was quite helpful.

I received a prompt call when I submitted my request for an appraisal. The appraisal was completed within 2 days which was quicker than normal. I requested the quick appraisal because I was not going to be available within typical timelines. The appraiser was polite and professional.
