After they completed the job,the sink was leaking. . We contacted them and they promised to come the next day to fix which they didnâ t come. We contacted them again and they told us to give them time. 3 days later my husband called but no one response. We are so disappointed that they didnâ t hold accountable for their mistakes. Not a reliable business.

They are so talented, they are so good at what they do and I have a beautiful kitchen as a result of their work. They also replaced all my windows and they did excellent at that as well. They are very reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

Work quality was good, but very slow. We were given a 7 week deadline for the work completion in writing. It actually took 16 weeks. Promises of completion dates that were set by them were never met. In the end, I had to threaten to kick them out of my house and finish the work myself. Most of the time there was only a singe person working, building the cabinets. The original contract was to be paid in 3 parts. The 1st payment of 55% at the beginning. The second at the halfway point, and the final payment when complete. I paid a total of 5 times. At one point, I paid $200 cash out of my pocket because they ran out of money and did not have money for paint. My wife and I were very frustrated after the 12th week with no end in site. I had several people to refer them to when the job was completed. But due to the excuses given, the improper management of their bugeting, extreme delays, and the stress they created, I cannot reccomend them until they gain more experience.

Reply: We take pride in our quality and we often invest time from our schedules to assure the quality meets expectations. However, the homeowners Doubled the workload midway through the project. It was established that it obviously takes more time and money. I am shocked the Reason for the time consumption and the deposit requested was not mentioned. Ultimately we are grateful for their lives, and we are grateful our quality was acknowledged.

I hired them to remodel my kitchen and they did exactly what I wanted. I love my kitchen. They were very professional and timely. We have already recommended them to our friends and family. Their pricing was more than fair too.
