E & A Pro Flooring just finished replacing all the carpeting in the common areas of our 9-building condo complex. I could not be happier with every aspect of the experience. After reading their glowing reviews, I was sure E & A would be the highest bidder. I was delighted when they turned out to be the lowest. To begin with, Alex, one of the E & A owners, came out and did the measuring himself. His measurements were spot on, which meant we did not waste money buying more material than we actually needed. Alex was professional and personable and very easy to work with throughout the project. His commitment to leaving his customers satisfied is obvious. Juan Carlos and the E & A installation crew were fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Juan Carlos adjusted the install schedule so I was always able to give each buildingâ s residents advance notice before work began in their building. The installers understood the unique challenges of working in a 55+ community. Our residents commented that they were courteous, cooperative and accommodating. In addition, they went the â extra mile,â by caulking the cove base to provide a more finished look. Excellent work.

We had a mostly intact original fir floor in our 1913 house. E&A filled in the missing part and did a gorgeous job refinishing the floor. Fir is soft, and needs extra care. Besides the beautiful work, they were great at communicating, follow-through, being on time, and keeping everything cleaned up. So glad we found them, after contacting another company who were not nearly as professional.
