Great worker!
Very professional. Great communication. Will be hiring this company for all of my repairs and Installments
Hired this company to fix a leak that was coming into the upstairs bathroom. Was charged over $2600, $1300 for the repair he said we needed, and another $1300 maintenance to the rest of that small section of the roof. After completion of the job, a couple of months later, it started leaking again from the ceiling, in the same place... After numerous calls and emails, Daniel sent someone out, and that guy said it was a crack in the stucco, that the roof looks fine. He put a couple beads of caulking on a couple so-called cracks, and then left. Then still leaking, I contacted Daniel again. He came out and said that looked like the material did not settle, so they are putting redoing it. Then still leaking, I contacted Daniel again. Then Durabuild wanted another $2800 for doing maintenance on the rest of the roof. Said probably coming from somewhere else. After he would not return my texts asking what was involved in the maintenance, I decided to contact another roofer in, and it turns out it was condensation on the pipe causing the leak. And, he then only wanted $1600 to do maintenance on rest of the roof. Hard getting Daniel to respond. He was there initially to accept the job, and take payment of course. Apparently, I did not need a roof repair.
Very professional.
We are very satisfied with the service! They're super fast! Prices are competitive... Thank you Daniel & Andres
My experience with this contractor was a nightmare. Although only working approximately 10 hours in total, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Very poor communication; (I still don't know if they've completed the job); worker doing something on my neighbor's connecting roof; folks not showing up on time or when they said they would; moved my TV dish on the roof and I had to wait 10 days for a Direct TV service person to fix it (without TV for that time); not responding to texts or attempts at communication. I thought I could rely on this referral through HomeAdvisors. I am very close to writing a letter to the editor of our local paper about my disappointment with HomeAdvisors and this contractor, Durabuild Construction, LLC in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Responded quickly and gave me an estimate. Workers were professional. Job completed efficiently. Follow up was appreciated. Job well done.
Showed them the work, they inspected it, they said they'd submit a proposal or respond. I haven't gotten any response from them whatsover. The project hasn't been completed. I've been waiting a month for them to submit a proposal for me.
They returned to fix problems, no charge, Work guaranteed.
