Great company to work with from start to finish. Not only did the crew come in time each day, they came early! They did great work and were the best value hands down. They were almost half the cost of the other guys who quoted our job. They added new concrete footers, new posts and reinforced the joists in my old basement beefier lifting it a bit. Great job all the way! I will be calling them soon to add a new sump pump at our new house now.

The presentation and review process was very informative. The foreman's walkthrough identified some minor changes that he felt would better suit out situation. When the work was performed, my interpretation and the team's interpretation were different. It was too late to make changes, but it will seem to work. Our flooding problems were unexplainable and frequent. To date, we have seen no evidence of water intrusion.

I know that the stomach-churning business of having a basement with water in it was made 100% easier by Dry Basement, from the first visit and bid, to the friendly and hard-working men who performed the work, to the speed with which the project was completed. The long guarantee for their work is invaluable.

They put in a sump pump and something on the wall to direct the water to the sump. When the big rain finally came in, the sump pump worked but it just put the water on the outside of my wall where it made its way back in. After I got my shower fixed, the water found a new way in. Worse than before.

This company is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I spent $15,700 to get them to stop water from coming into basement. Three time they came back on the third visit. Was told an additional $7,114. Last week I hired a gentleman for $125. Went on vacation, just got home. With all the rain KC. Basement was dry as a bone. Dry Basement is a very dishonest and unethical company. There should be some kind of law or law in place to prevent companies like this from taking advantage of people.

Lamont was very complete with his work and explained as he went along. I would recommend and request him again. The only thing was it seemed the people who came before him could have had equipment he needed ahead of time. First day they had to leave early because some steel pipes or beams were not right size and another person had to go get and couldn t get til next day. Seems like that could have been done before Lamont and his helper got there. Other than that it went well.
