Dream Construction and Remodeling

Gave me a good quote, stayed close after all was done. Was on time and came next day to complete job. I could not tell difference between repair snd rest of the ceiling.

My doors were damaged by my other GC among other issues with the door frames and they don't want or can't fix, and I no longer have the confidence in their workmanship. Too bad I'm stuck with them until they finish other work. I'm so lucky to have gotten with Rios and his guy to fix the doors (ALL our doors in the house!) and they went above and beyond to address each door with their own unique issues. They put my mind at ease and I felt my worries disappear. He was detailed and get things done right. He found that my GC was installing my door frames incorrectly (and intentionally) by using a gypsum piece instead of wood shim, and Rios and his guy corrected it. Being a designer and project manager in the architecture industry, I recognize good work and integrity. Not only did they do the work correctly the way it should be done, but it was also prompt and completed earlier than expected. I only wished I had found them sooner. I'm using them from this point on.

Great attitude and eager to please his customers. He was great at accepting my input and listening to my concerns, which my ocd, type A personality made sure I had a lot of. I had my entire main level of my home skim coated (lvl 5 smooth) to cover up popcorn walls/ceilings. I think he is more experienced with doing texture work as opposed to level 5 smooth drywall, so if that's what you're looking for, I'd probably go with someone who specializes in level 5 (which takes a very high level of skill due to its difficulty) . Even though the job was difficult, not really his area of expertise, and challenging, he made sure he didn't leave until I was happy. He has a wonderful worth ethic and attitude and was a delight to work with. He also was the most fair in terms of pricing. If it weren't for him, I would of never been able to even afford the project. I would definitely reccomend him.

great workmanship. the fence he installed looks great and sturdy. Cleaned up all trash. Provided detailed receipts for parts and real reasonable price for labor. I will use them again for future home projects.
