    Steve clearly takes great pride in his work. He does things the right way, takes pleasure in solving problems/answering questions, and does what he SAYS heâ ll do when he said heâ d do it. He seems a bit over committed and is occasionally tough to reach, but his phone is literally always ringing. I feel that he was fair, honest, and cared about the job. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him highly.

    Terrible experience of blatant upselling. I called Steve to take a look at my central AC that was making a buzzing noise. Steve listened to the unit for a few seconds and declared that the compressor was shot because it was not coming on and that it would cost $5,000 to repair or $5,000 to replace the unit. He made this entire determination WITHOUT EVEN REMOVING A TOOL OR OPENING UP THE MAIN PANEL. He collected a $160 service charge and tried to get me to put down a deposit on the new unit. I called another technician for a second opinion. Within 10 seconds of opening up the main panel, the second tech saw that the wire to the capacitor (the component that helps the compressor start up) had come loose. He replaced the capacitor, reconnected the wires and voila, the unit is working perfectly. It cost me a couple hundred dollars for the repair. I am amazed at how brazenly Steve tried to get me to spend $5,000 without even attempting to diagnose the issue.

    He was awesome! I was having issues with our A/C and he squeezed us in to come by the same day I contacted him, even though he was super busy. He was thorough, super knowledgeable and gave me great piece of mind before he left. I really appreciated his help and luckily my job was not a big one at all, really just a maintenance check. This guy knows his stuff and if ever anything happens again, Iâ ll be giving him a call.

    Way over-priced. 1300 for a half HP sump and installation was not appropriate. Nice guy but would never use again

    Steve was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and the issue, compared rates, and fixed quickly. The service and replacement part he installed were reasonably priced compared to what what bigger company would charge. I would definitely use him again for hvac issues or electric and plumbing.

    Steve came out within a half-hour of my call. He was very efficient, courteous and knew what needed to be done, so he installed a new Furnace and a new water heater along with a new humidifier. He's my repair guy from now on. Thanks Steve.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
