He was the first company to contact me (within about 5 minutes of my contact), made an appt. within a couple of days, showed up on time, soft washed my house, and windows plus pressure washed 2 small decks. Everything looks fresh and clean:)

Marshall had a legitimate family emergency and had to reschedule our appointment twice. That was not a problem for me, but he ended up coming at 3:00 in the afternoon and only did the insides of my windows. He said the outside needed to have an acid wash because of the water spots they have (which is true). However, I would have at least liked to have them washed this time and would have scheduled the acid wash for a later time. He seemed distracted throughout the cleaning and did not fully clean the tracks as agreed. Marshall had bid $200 for the whole job (inside and out), only cleaned the insides of the windows and charged me $10 each for them for a cost of $130! We were NOT happy about that.

Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry you felt Marshall was distracted, he works graveyard to provide for his family and children in addition to working his business to make ends meet. We are all human and deserve a little grace at times :) $130 is very typical for inside cleaning on windows. I am sorry you felt this was a steep price. However there are many factors when it comes to our pricing as a business. I see we have you on the schedule in November and hope to see you then! Call if you have any questions to discuss possibly coming out to do the tracks again :)
