Our Sofa was 1 1/2 years old from a Store we all know on Long Island. Well one day the center of the sofa sunk under the weight of a medium man (Just Sitting). Well just so you know the extended warrantee is a scam! But we called Doug Rodgers and he came and fixed it. Thank goodness! Wonderful job, on time, cleaned up and reasonable price. We asked him to work on my grandmothers dining room chairs next.
