Very honest and accurate diagnosis. I was told by A-1 heating and cooling in south milwaukee, wi. that my a/c system was shot and needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so i called DONE RIGHT heating and cooling. They quickly diagnosed the situation and had my system up and running Within 2 hours. Zeek, the owner and his employee Eddie, did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Done Right has serviced our system in the past and now when our heating system crashed in the extreme cold, Ziad responded late night and put an emergency fix in and the next morning prioritized the replacement of our complete system. Great job, installed new Hi efficiency Furnace and central air, saved $$$ over other contractors. Installed in one day, stayed on job until everything was up and running, Happy for that as the outside temp was in the hi 80's-90s, was very much appreciated.
