After our 8 mo Aussie puppy started wandering to our neighbor’s houses we decided to get a fence. We chose to use this company because of their location and down to earth, honest vibe. I felt very confident as soon as we started talking on the phone. We had a great experience! Very smooth and timely installation. Very flexible and kind family. Now we have zero stress when letting our dog out. We have a large backyard so he is able to safely run around a two acre space to do his business and get some exercise while we tend to our kids, make meals etc. Such a relief for us! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!

Best fence ever! Quick and efficient from day one right up to the day of. Friendly staff and very informative. Beat the competition in every way possible. I can finally let my dogs outside w/o 24/7 supervision and know they aren’t leaving the yard! Love this fence and the company. Great ppl. You won’t be sorry!

Although it is day 4 after install I see a difference already in my pooches behavior which I love. However, the guys were late for installation and I received a call 10 minutes after the expected arrival and they showed up in another 10 minutes. The install was to take 2 hours. It began raining and they stopped the job. I understood but they did not return until 2 days later. They dragged the machine through my grass and left a huge mark. This area was dead center and not a part of the parameter and no one even said sorry. I am also not pleased with the parameter they chose vs what we discussed. The route they chose is more narrow and lessons the area for my pooch. They left lots of advertisements in my yard without asking permission either. My lawn boy ran off a few flags. It would have been helpful if they would have left a few backup flags for situations like that. I appreciate the one-on-one training after install and the instructions which were given along with it reiterated in writing which was left. Easy to follow. The 2 different crews were very kind. My rating is such because I believe in the product. I have left a message requesting a 2nd look at the parameter even though installation is complete. At the time of this rating, I have not heard back yet.

Andrea, I am really surprised that you felt our level of service deserved a 2.5-star rating. I am glad that Foxy is enjoying her newfound freedom and safety. I know that you initially spoke with several companies and to my knowledge I was the only one that drove out to meet with you in person to discuss the project. On the day of the installation we were experiencing the remnants of hurricane Fred and it was a torrential downpour. I debated sending my installers out but in an effort to get the fence in on the day you wanted we made an attempt. We installed the electronics on 8/18 and returned on 8/20 to complete the job. That required rearranging our scheduled work but I knew you were excited about getting the fence. The mark you see in the middle of the yard is the? twisted? or? dead? the wire that feeds the signal from the transmitter in the house to the perimeter. This wire does not activate the dog collar and allows Foxy to pass thru. I personally returned to finish the installation on 8/20 with my installer and we placed the wire exactly were discussed during the initial walk-thru. We do place two signs after the installation. One is a permanent sign to indicate to pedestrians that your dog is contained by an underground fence. The other sign indicates that the dog is in training so that people do not attempt to call your dog out or attempt to walk into the training area. And yes, it does advertise that you chose Dogwatch Hidden Fences as your provider. I apologize for not asking your permission. I would have been happy to leave you as many extra flags as you wanted but I did not anticipate your lawn service person running them over with his lawnmower. I am glad you found the training helpful and easy to follow. It is a proven method developed over 20 years of training thousands of dogs. And I appreciate the kind words regarding my employees. We work very hard to be respectful, thorough, and professional. You emailed me on Sunday, 8/22 at 6:00 PM and I personally called you Monday 8/23 at 9:00 AM to discuss the yard space for Foxy. To my knowledge, we made some adjustments to the perimeter to allow more room for her. I am hard-pressed to imagine what more I could have done for you to earn a 5-star rating.
