My residential central air conditioning needed a coil replacement and new refrigerant. The original installer of my home air conditioning was acquired by another company who was completely non-responsive, so after 2 days of no Air Conditioning in Las Vegas during May, I turned to Anji and was matched with Discount Air Conditioning. Kari contacted me Tuesday night at 8PM. After explaining my story and details, she said she would contact Lennox the next morning to obtain the replacement part, verify the warranty and arranged to have her installers at my house Wednesday morning for the repairs to be completed. And that is exactly what happened! Zack and Samuel arrived at 9:15AM, replacement parts with them, removed the old coil and installed the new replacement coil. They were respectful of the property, polite, efficient and provided me with excellent communication along the way so I knew what to expect. To say Kari and her staff turned a bad situation into a quick resolution is an understatement! Iâ  m not one to offer praise for the expected or mediocre, but this was service way above and beyond that few companies ever achieve.

The best customer service ever, both before and after the job. Speed? they asked how soon I wanted the Job done and I said as soon as possible. They showed up the next day I was so surprised at their speed. The price was good I must say as I got way more ridiculous pricing. Wish I could give them an extra star!
