This company was terrible! To begin with, the truck that arrived was not large enough to handle a four-bedroom home. The on-site personnel was great tried they really tried to complete the move, however after the second day they had to call another company to finish. So this makes three companies involved they two actual movers and the direct location company. Now we accepted our furniture three days later. We only received the first truckload it took nearly three weeks to get the rest of our furniture. They either lost or stole multiple items, we have been attempting to get compensation for the missing items. I have sent the paperwork at least twice the first time they were unable to open it. I made sure the second set was sent as a pdf so it would open without a problem. Some of the items missing were very expensive we are considering a complaint with the BBB. I requested additional insurance and this was ignored so I should have known at that point there would be a problem. We had not moved in fifteen years the price quoted ended up being almost doubled. Pictures of our home were online so they had no excuse for not realizing the quantity of furniture involved. If possible I would not even give them half a star.

Vincent sam Ralph and dan They are the best movers ever. They deserve a 10 out of 10. For quality and workmanship. I would not hesitate to call them again. Ri hard was great on the phone too.

Vincent ray and Dan Excellent service, professionalism and prompt. I felt very comfortable leaving all my possessions in their care. Have heard nightmare stories about movers and moving experiences but this experience has been a joy. Highly recommended.

Still waiting for my furniture (since July 2nd they picked up my furniture, July 18th truck came with wrong furniture, their reasoning and answer they keep giving me is that there is no drivers to drive from Florida to Ohio). Very uncommunicative and rude.

Mike, Dan, and Dave did a wonderful job packing and moving my home. Very professional. I felt rest assured the moment I met the 3 fellas! Mike kept me informed and explained everything very clearly. After my 30 free days of storage are up, I hope the company sends 3 more courteous respectful hard workers to deliver my furnishings. Thank you

My rep at Direct Relocation Services was Jorde Hosang. He was outstanding to me in terms of customer service, kindness, patience and friendliness. He made me feel confident that he would be sure to take good care of my move. I would recommend him to anyone I know. The movers, Joe and Glen, were excellent at what they do. They worked so hard and we're diligent, efficient and respectful.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
