Hired this company from Service Magic once and they fixed my furnace for a reasonable rate. 10 months later I had a problem with the furnace and called DiMarco. They diagnosed a problem with the gas intake valve, which was in the same process as the previous repair. This time the price was exorbitant. I researched the price and found it to be much lower elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable and cordial. Explained things better than any service professional we've ever had. I highly recommend them.

First technician came out and diagnosed problem. Different tech came out for repair. Still wasn't working after he supposedly repaired it, so he said he called a supervisor to "walk him through it". Not a good sign. Came back and said additional repair was needed for another $500 all the while trying to talk me into buying new furnace. Tried to bill me for two diagnostic visits; i refused to pay. Then said supervisor would come out later to talk to me; never showed. Supervisor called me 3 days later but I had already bought new furnace with another company (at half the price). Do not use them.

I called to have a repair man look at my furnace. He saw a sale opportunity and called in the salesman. They turned off my furnace telling me that it was unsafe and by law they couldn't turn it back on. This was a sales pitch to get me to buy their HIGHLY overpriced furnace on the spot without thinking it over as they had turned off the heat. Poor tactic and I wouldn't recommend this company.

They called and came out immediately even though it was not and emergency. Tech was very careful in determining the problem. He was not able to correct the noise because I decided that the repair would be too expensive considering the age of the furnace. If I have any future furnace issues I would definitely give them a call

Seemed well enough when the technician arrived quickly, was friendly & explained what was wrong, but stated that a supervisor would need to further assess the problem. The technician stated that he would call the office and arrange for the supervisor to come over the following day and that the office would call me. There was no phone call for 3 days and then it was the weekend. After 7 days, I called and got the "call center" and registered my complaint that there was never a follow-up, I was charged for a diagnostic work-up, my a/c is still not fixed, etc. They assured me a manager would call me the following day; never called back.
