Reviews
Write a ReviewAlex lopes was my project manager and did a fantastic job, Also crew was very good working and cleaning up afterwards. Would recommend there work. Thanks
Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems did a great job. They finished installing the gutters on time and hauled away the old gutters.
Great company fast and quality work.
Diamond Ridge did a spectacular job! They took off my severely damaged synthetic slate roof, repaired all of the rotting plywood, added another layer of plywood on top (I wanted to stiffen my roof because we live less than a mile from a major fault line), removed and reinstalled my 33 solar panels, and were the lowest of four bids. They were incredibly easy to deal with and super responsive to my concerns. They even covered my pool with plastic to keep any demolition of the slate roof from falling into the water. I can't say enough about the quality of their work!
I would cautiously recommend Diamond Ridge Roofing System for roofing project. They are reasonably priced. The roof work is good; however, the gutter and downspout work leaves lots to be desire. They have had two different teams come out to fix issues as they arise and I'm still having issues when it rains and getting them to come and correct the problems has been challenging. The project was completed 5 months ago and there still leaks with the gutters. With rainy season just beginning, I am worried the leaky gutters will ruin the plywood and create a bigger problem for them to fix and a huge inconvenience for me and family; not to mention property damage if not corrected timely.
Marcelo, Rodolfo and Mario where the best.
Probably the best contractors Iâ ve worked with, period. Absolutely professional, the work is beautiful, and Felipe Cecol and Denio Madeiras were both a delight to deal with, personally. Anything we didnâ t understand, they took the time to explain both the process/materials theyâ d use, and the logic as to why these were their recommendations. I have been screwed over by contractors before, and this was the opposite experience. Even after the work was complete, when I questioned positioning of a certain downspout, Felipe came out to discuss it with me and once I understood the rationale, I knew they were right. I donâ t expect to need roofers again any time soon, but if I did; Iâ d hire them again tomorrow.
This is mostly a sales front company with a C-39 contractor and a revolving door of HIS (home improvement sales) people. They will high bid and subcontract work to a subcontractor of their choice. We unfortunately were misled as they told us they have their own staff of knowledgeable roofers. They don't (at least not for us) as they didn't follow code and cut our ridge beam in half. They didn't supervise the work. They also misapplied much of the roofing system that renders this home questionably warrantable. They are friendly during the sale, but fall short of delivering good workmanship and quality service. I suggest you ensure any contract with them doesn't force you into accepting a subcontractor. You can find many reputable direct for hire roofers.
We are impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Marceloâ s team. Beautiful new roof, well done!
