What I really liked about them is that they kept you informed. If they ran into any problems or foresaw any difficulties, they discussed it with you so you could work it out together. We had Keith build a patio cover at our previous house. It was true quality. When we built our current home, he was the one we called. This one was a large project. Keith kept us informed of every aspect of the build. To say we were totally satisfied would be an understatement. Many neighbors would stop to ask who the builder was because they were so impressed by the construction. His professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship is a hard combination to find these days, but Keith has them.

Quality construction.

I gave a wonderfully built great looking deck that exceeded my expectations. The crew of Cody et al was super efficient and precise with the build. I selected a covered , cedar , with 6" by 6" support elements. All cuts, screws , and nails were precision placed. The fit and finish is wonderful. Keith, franchise owner, did a good point of sale job by going over the my design and costing. My 2 issues are that we had agreed that I would receive a copy of the warranty prior to build and that the material would be closely calculated to reduce excess cost. After 2 requests I finally received a warranty copy last day of job. The left over wood is 2 feet high , 3 feet across and 8 feet long. And , this does not include the actual scrap that went onto my burn pile. I understand that there is usually a 5% overage in material but this seemed excessive to me. Having said that I would use them again as long as I got Cody's crew.

Keith and his crew did an amazing job with our project! Fast, professional! Cannot say everyone positive things! Hope we have another opportunity to work with them again!

Overall did a god job in completing a deck using Trex Synthetic product. The contract was signed and agreed upon by both parties at a fixed price. During construction I was informed that the sales person had made an error in measurement and the out of pocket cost for Decksteriors would be higher than quoted. The owner of Decksteriors Mr. Keith Smith and I worked together to arrive at a re-neogotiated cost which was 16 percent more than the original quote. I took my own measurements and determined that the original quoted dimension was indeed in error, so the additional compensation was justified. James the carpenter who singlehandedly did most of the work did a pretty fair job. There were some cosmetic flaws but overall I was a satisfied customer. I recommed them as a reliable contractor in this forum.
