The work was done in one afternoon (7/2924). I notified Mr. Panlaqui by text on 8/18/24 that the top boards were coming apart from the fence. I also sent him photos so he could see them. He replied he could come by to fix it but did not reply to my question as to when. On 8/23, I texted him again and he replied "Possibly tomorrow". On 8/24, I notified him I had to leave the property for a bit but he could enter by the gate which I left open for him. At 2:40 he texted back to say he was busy on another project and apologized, acknowledging he "owed" it to me to fix it. Understanding that, I told him Ok but to please let me know when he would be coming. On 9/6 and 10/7, I texted him again with "friendly reminders". His 10/7 reply was that he would do it sometime that week. Since "some time" is vague, I texted him with a schedule of when I would /would not be home so that he wouldn't make an unnecessary trip. Again no further word. On 11/14 I texted him again. To date, no further word since 10/7.

Came out to fix parts of our fence (boards and gate) but the work was sloppy and he left bits of wood and tools on our yard. Used screws instead of nails which were longer than the boards and created a hazard. Asked him to come back out for several weeks to give him a chance to fix the issues but he always had an excuse for not returning. Sloppy work and unreliable.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
