He claimed to be an electrician but did not bring electrical tape or other basic supplies. He installed a ceiling fan at 17 ft. After install, lights did not come on. We paid him thinking it was a faulty unit. We rented a 14 foot ladder to swap out but discovered the installed unit wires had come loose causing the issue. I would like a refund of $150 paid. I recommend checking Seth?s credentials if anyone plans to use him.

Seth was great! Friendly and professional. He arrived promptly on time and assessed the problem quickly which was a burned out exhaust fan. He had a go to Home Depot and kept me abreast of the options available and got the best price available for what we wanted. He was very thorough and did a great job! I felt he was also very fairly priced! I would definitely hire him again and recommend as well.
