The roofing crew (TKO) was great. Dewitt, on the other hand, needs some serious work when it comes to dealing with the customer. From the very beginning the company representatives lied to me. First it was failure to drop off samples for my selection. Second was failure to provide any advance notice of actual start date, had to contact the representative to find out when the roofers would be onsite which happened to be the same day. Third, failure to obtain the permit from the city offices and being cursed out by the representative when questioned about it after I informed the representative that I would not pay the balance until I received a copy of the permit. Fourth, I contacted the home office to inquire about the permit. I was informed by the office manager that the permit had been applied for on line. When I contacted the city office in person; I was informed that online permits were not allowed. Finally, the sales manager did not have the common courtesy to confront me face to face, instead sent a ?customer friendly? representative to collect the balance owed on the project.
