It started to rain when we got to the new House and they would not unload/deliver my furniture. They took the truck back to the warehouse where it sat outside and all night in the rain. The truck had major leaks and all my boxes, furniture and mattresses got soaked. They dropped my electric bedframe (1500 value) and it cracked. I couldnt plug it in to see if it worked because it was soaked and they insisted on payment without doing anything to compensate. I had to have a dryer sent in to dry out the rugs, mattresses and furniture and a cleaner to remove the water stains at my expense.

Very bad experience! Lots of broken stuff and ripped mattress..Trucks leak and everything was wet because nothing was wrapped They showed up with no equipment and asked me for a screw driver. Tried to overcharge for hours and took no responsibility for damage. Beware of those insurance forms that pay only .60 a lb. Its pennies compared to the thousands of damage! The employees are unhappy and it shows!

The movers were very careful and respectful of our possessions. They took the necessary steps to deliver our furniture and possessions in good condition. They went the extra mile to move our large refrigerator and swap out the one from the new home to our condo. I would highly recommend this particular team to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have not experienced many problems using this site for professionals, but this was outrageous. Broke numerous items, wouldn't/couldn't take all my stuff the first time, arrived late, wouldn't give me my stuff they went back for for almost a week and wanted to charge me more money. They packed my trash, forgot many other impo items. Missing house keys and garage opener. Originally spoke to owner to sign contract only he will not attempt to resolve my issues ot speak to me. I have moved many times in my life, but this was the worst service ever. Please heed my warning!

Very professional. Were flexible with me when I needed to change my move date. On move day, the movers were on time, thorough and quick. There were no complaints with having to move a heavy item down three flights of stairs. They took care with my property

They are a really nice group of people, did an excellent job. He is a second or third generation for moving, really knows their stuff. He made moving hassle free for me. They did a really good job. Eric is wonderful in his work.

The group were courteous and efficient in the move. Move was done in a timely basis.
