The fee was relatively high, but the man who came and gave me the estimate was very personable, and I believed I would get quality service. Instead, I found that the movers had put a lot of my items that needed to be brought upstairs into the shed that was downstairs. I had to pay more movers to bring that up, as DeVries did not respond to my request that they do it. I was really disappointed in the service I received.

Five stars all the way around! The movers kept us apprised of when they were on their way and as they approached our home to get us ready for the move. They packed everything carefully and efficiently and we had our (local) move done within the time frame and right at the estimate given. 100% perfect. Highly recommended!! Thanks!!!
