This woman is dishonest and did not what she had been paid for. I am not satisfied with this type of service. I feel like she had taken advantage of me.

I am very sorry this client felt this way. The services that were explained to the client, were the services that were completed. Even offered outside errands to be run for her and she excepted. Again, I apologize for the way you feel. Spoke with the client and tried to make things right but was very negative.

Kim & Crystal do a very thorough house cleaning. (Even cleaned the bathroom vents-what other company does that)? They wipe each blade on the wood plantation shutters. They vacuum cat hair from my furniture every time, Give them a try.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
