Doesn't communicate. Breaks promises. I fell for these 5 star reviews, but my experience is barely 1 star. Did backyard paving, had giant cracks (4 total, t shaped, and l shape, range from 12 inch to 25 inches). I told him immediately. He said we would have to wait a month (May), and he would fix it. He never came, even after texting him and him promising he would arrive the next day. June he finally had someone out there. The cracks weren't filled/fixed, and made it look worse by doing something worse that highlighted the cracks. I texted him, he never responded. Its been 2 weeks since. I have screenshots of the conversations and pictures of each step of this disaster. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STARS. HE IS BAD.

David was very involved in the project from day one! I was never left in the dark- David disclosed everything up front and did what he said. The crews that David brought in for the addition of an in-law suite, were respectful and courteous. I actually enjoyed their presence! Thatâ s saying a lotâ ¦ since the project was inside my home! The crew cleaned up after themselves and when they were done I was left with a beautiful, fully functional in-law suite. Iâ m very happy with the work David did. I had prayed for a good company, one I could trust (I had heard other peopleâ s horror stories of their remodeling projects), and I believe god heard me and sent David & Margaret to my door.

David and his crew are extremely. respectful and courteous! They cleaned up when they were done for the day, making sure that everything was put back together. The crews who came out to do their job, knew what they were doing and completed the tasks at hand, if there was any doubt, they would contact the Project Manager and David. They were always there on time and always made contact before starting work. The crews were very nice to talk to and always communicated with us each day during the construction. The door that David had recommended, turned out better than expected, very very nice addition to the house. We had more damage than what was estimated by the insurance company, but when David came out to inspect, he had us go outside and he explained what his team found, made suggestions what to do next and did not stop from making his timetable. I have recommended David to my friends as first to look at for their jobs and I would call on him again.

David did as he promised to do. If there was a deviation for what ever reason he or his project manager contacted me and advised how they would proceed and got my input and agreement ahead of time. The subcontractors were also excellent tradesmen and did as agreed. Things were done professionally. His crew was hard working and skilled at what they do. Nice people to work with.

David was very involved in the entire project. He was very attentive to what we were interested in and offered very valuable suggestions. His workers were exceptionally professional and respectful of property. They would always engage us whenever they felt we might have another idea before proceeding which made us feel very comfortable during the whole project. We were always in the loop about what was happening next.

David Dedia and his crew are very professional and patient enough to help their customers work through figuring out what they want. Beautiful work. Very happy.

Dave and team remodeled our bathroom. Their work is high quality and exactly what we asked for. Their price was reasonable and the workers were professional. Dave handled all of our questions and requests in a timely fashion. We will use him again for future work.

David and his crew are very professional and thoughtful with the project! I would think of his company first for our next home project!

I had David remodel 2 bathrooms, then epoxy my garage. Those jobs were so immaculately done that I had him reface our fireplace. All jobs are 10 of 10 and his crew have great attention to detail. David himself is very creative and remodeled our second bathroom from 2 sinks and vanities to a new vanity with a vessel sink on one side and a large closet with shelves for storage. On the other. Great job!!

A 300 year old pine tree fell into our home from the storms. This required major repairs to a multitude of rooms. After 5 contractors failed to show up or follow through, I contacted David Dedia in the hopes he could help us out of the mess. I knew it would require multiple specialties. David showed up on time (the first of all the previous contractors) and went through all the repairs needed. He was personable and cared about our situation. As the repairs began (framing, roofing, windows, painting, electricians and more), he kept in communication and his team (not hired out subs he didn't know) of professionals. They worked respectfully in our home. The work was thorough, and finished beautifully. Dealing with so much damage, David gave us a peace of mind. We could not be more pleased with the process and the finished work. Thank you to David and his team for giving us back our home.
