Dave's recently did a large job updating an older brick home for me. This involved a significant amount of both plumbing and electrical work. The plumbing work involved removing water supply pipes from the 1960s as well as running a new underground water line from the well house to the home (including a valve near the home so that the well house doesn't have to be accessed to shut off the water when needed). The outside spigot was also replaced with a modern weather-proof version. The access holes created for the plumbing work were all reasonably sized. A new water heater was also installed under the house. There were several electrical updates involved including replacing all interior/exterior outlets and switches, combining three separate panels/fuse boxes into one panel, as well as cutting in and installing several additional outlets and switches. The kitchen previously had a hardwired stove, but this was converted to an plug-in outlet. The home did not have central air/heat. Dave's did a great job cutting in duct work and installing a new cooling system. I would recommend Dave's for any plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning work your home or business may need. The pricing was competitive, straightforward, and itemized with no pressure for additional services. I was very impressed throughout the process from quote to completion with the communication from the company. Any questions I had were answered clearly and politely in both technical and layman terms. If you need plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning repairs/installation in the upstate, call Dave's.
