Knowledge is power and Taybet is very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very personable and friendly. I was impressed how quickly he first came and repaired my clothes dryer and then had to order a part for my stove. One of the range was not turning. Both jobs were completed very quickly and professionally. I will have DARS in my directory forever. Excellent job! I hope Tybet is being very well compensated. Indeed 5 stars!!!!

After being given the run around by 2 other companies, both of which told me it would take 2-3 months or more to get my parts, I called Dar. The repair tech came out, assessed the issues, ordered the parts right then - he was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. I even called 2 days later to request an additional part be ordered - a burner that I initially wasn't going to get replaced at this time. Even with my change of mind & adding an additional part, I received a call in less than a week asking if I was free for the tech to return that evening as the parts were in. The tech arrived, Connors repairs, had me test all 5 burners before payment. My stove is repaired & working beautifully. I can recommend this company without reservations.

They are totally incompetent. They misdiagnosed the problem with the dryer and then did not return in a prompt way to fix it. We had to suggest what was wrong with the dryer after looking on the internet. Now they think it is the moisture sensor and we are still waiting after over a week for them to repair it. They are totally horrible to deal with. Unresponsive and awful. Find someone else to deal with your appliance repairs.

I am very upset with my experience with Dar. The serviceman has been useless. He refused to order the replacement parts himself. He didnt give me the part number for the replacement part. When I worked with GE, they didnt understand what I needed, so they sent the wrong part. The Dar serviceman tried to get me to coordinate with GE again. I had a heated conversation with him. He has left again, and promised to call his supply contact to get the correct part. He wants me to coordinate returning the wrong part. This has been the worst service experience I have ever had.
