    They were very prompt in responding to my call and were able to send someone later in the morning to look at my water heater. Everything was handled well and professionally.

    The guys did a good job with the installation including the fact the water heater had to be changed to a different size to fit through the door in our basement. The only thing that I have a complaint about was that they left a pretty big mess in the basement. Lots of metal shavings on the carpet and one of the guys must have cut himself pretty bad. There was a lot of blood on the white carpet and up the stairs. It took us quite a while to clean it up.
