Reviews
Write a ReviewFantastic experience! Dan was professional and helpful in every way. In direct contrast to the stereotype of a Contractor, Dan kept in touch every step of the way, keeping me up to date all the time. The work was quick and well done. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for. I would definately recommend Dan to anyone, have already, and will use his services in the future.
Pleasant and knowledgable people made this a good experience. The workers were trained and well versed in the job. One thing important to us was that there was no mess left behind for us to clean up. We will use them again for work we need.
Our experience was okay but could have been better. His subcontractors were not that professional and could have been neater and done a better job. Mr. Williamson worked for hours to finish the job they left undone. Mr. Williamson did not give us a street address for his business or proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance.
I really enjoyed meeting this couple, and I made sure they were satisfied by personally taking care of every request they had before leaving. I hope they call us back in the future, and continue using our services. Subcontractors do not require workers compensation, as they are self employed. My insurance info is provided on the service magic webpage from which they hired me. Thanks again, Dan.
The remodel is still in progress but is coming along wonderfully! I am very pleased with all aspects of the job. The planning, the prep, the timeliness have all been excellant. He has always been available for questions and has maintained constant contact throughout the project. I could not have asked for more.
I am glad to have gotten the opportunity to do this project. She was in need of alot more space for the children, and we pulled it off in an area where other contractors did not want to renovate. We saved this customer alot of time and money, and she was very happy with the renovated space. Hope to do more work for her in the future. Dan.
The professional was suppose to come out and quote the job on Saturday morning. He had told me that it would be around $75 dollars. Saturday morning came and he sent out a worker. The worker began working from 9:30 to 11 then ran out of paint. The worker sat in my driveway from 11:00 to 11:30 then went to get paint. He did not show back up until after 1 pm. I called the professional and he still did not have a price for me because his worker did not measure the job. Then he told me that it was $135 plus the cost of paint which was $40.00 (This sounds a little high for a gallon of paint). So instead of spending $75 I spent $60 more. Because this job took so long I had to leave and go take my son to his football game. When I came back the job was not perfect. There are white gaps in the ceiling where the worker did not get to the top when he painted. For $135 I expect it to be perfect. I responded to an email from the company and got no phone call about coming to fix the job they did. They just cashed my check. I would not recommend this company because of unprofessionalism.
I am a bit surprised by this review. I would be more than happy to correct any issues the customer has with the work my employees have performed at her residence. I originally had requested her review and she said she was not going to leave us with one due to her disatisfaction, though she didnt quite elaborate on this? More than happy to earn her satisfaction and provide future services.
