The owner will not stand behind his work. I have wrinkles and creases in my liner. He left a vacuum in my liner in a rain storm for 2 days and water got under the liner and he said he WILL not fix it and to take him to court.
Response from Company:
The vacuum was left in place for a few days while waiting for the fire department to deliver water. Our suction vacuums are sealed at the opening with duct tape otherwise we would not be getting proper suction so it is not possible that large amounts of water would get through. We have pictures to support this. We reset your liner once weeks after it was installed at no charge and explained that the pool does not have proper drainage. We also have pictures of the water behind the liner when we went to reset it. The liner will continue to float until the water issues surrounding the pool are resolved. When you called again we were not willing to reset the liner as it was explained right the beginning that the issue is not related to the liner or our workmanship. The reason why you replaced your liner in the first place was due to the same exact issue and this was all explained. The original liner had creases which were caused by water repeatedly getting behind it and shifting its position. It does not allow me to add pictures, otherwise I would do so.

We just had our above ground pool installed by D&L pools yesterday!! They were very nice. They did a great job! We also bought our pool from them. When I originally called them, they got back to me the same day!! We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them!!

D&L was absolutely awesome to work with! We needed a liner and line replacement this year and D&L did an amazing job from start to finish. Very reasonably priced, great communication and extremely hard-working! The finished product is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of pool services!

I cannot say anything bad about this company. They were on time. Finished the job when they said they would and the pricing was unbelievably fair. We checked out a few places but once we talked with D&L we knew they were the right fit. Highly recommend them!

Went to open the pool before Memorial Day and it was half empty from a hole in our old liner. Instinct was to call the "big" stores. Big mistake and so glad I found D&L Pools in Kingston. Dan and Leila were an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely responsive, and fast delivery/install! The new liner looks amazing, we couldn't be any happier! We will tell all our friends and family about D&L! Thanks for helping to make our summer memorable!

Dan and his crew were terrific. Dan makes sure he knows what you want and he communicates often. The crew is respectful and friendly. They all work incredibly hard. I got prices from several other contractors before hiring D & L and they are very reasonably priced. We are delighted with the final product. Highly recommend them.

Good Friendly Knowledgeable Crew. Got it done quickly. Additional optional costs added up quickly but overall I am very happy with the value. The old liner was 15 years old I got my money out of it. You gotta spend to have!
