Write a ReviewI hired them to do my pool service and my pool turned completely green. They would never come on the scheduled days I had to constantly remind them to come out and service. I had to let them go only a month after service began due to my pool turning green. I then had to hire a restoration company and it cost me $500 to fix what this company messed up. I texted the owner with a copy of my expenses and he will not take responsibility he argued then told me good luck and then blocked me after I told him I still have all the messages and pictures of the damages they caused. I will be taking him to court to recover damages along with attorney fees and court fees.
Daily Pool Service has, or was, our weekly pool cleaning service for the past few years. The pool started to look pretty dirty a while ago and I assumed it was because the pool sweep was not working properly. I called several times over three months trying to get these guys to fix it. Every time, they would say they would get right on itâ ¦ and then it would work for about 10-40 minutes. It is still broken. I also complained about the state of the pool, and the owner, John told me it was dirty because of the trees??? I was honestly going to let all this go and just hire someone else until I received a message from John about 5 minutes after I put my name into Angie list. (Weird, yes?). I called him back and he asked me if I was looking for a new service. â ¦.uhhhâ ¦.??? I was thinking, none of your business. But I politely said, maybe. He then asked me if I was going to notify him if/when I got someone else. Okay, now that was just rude. Maybe he was thinking I would treat him how he deserved to be treated because during this conversation my pool was literally turning green. Even so, yes I was planning on notifying him. I mean, really??? At this point, my blood pressure is increasing and he then went on to tell me how he would hate to make a change after the beginning of the month without being notified or something to that effect and so I bluntly said, â then consider yourself notified. And hung up. When I had somebody else come out and look at the pool and he was astonished that it had only been about two weeks since the last time someone was out here to clean it, because by that time it was quite green. He then looked at the filter and asked me if anyone had cleaned it. I laughed and said, â probably not. Finally, I really did try with these guys. I mean, I kept thinking it would get better you know, maybe they were having other issues or something. So, I let it go, then it got to the point I had to complain. Then I had to complain again. And again. And then that call while I was in the process of looking for someone else. That is what made me decide to write this angry, and honest, review.
He called immediately, showed up on a Saturday morning. Pool looks great now.
Our pool had not been serviced for two weeks. In addition, the polaris was malfunctioning. John came out the day I called for a bid and on that day started servicing our pool .We are now on a weekly schedule .So far so good
Mr. Martinez installed and repaired a pool light along with fixing my pool equipment. Mr. Martinez and and his team were very personable and friendly. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of his profession. He was referred through a relative and i would highly refer him to anyone seeking pool services.
John from Daily Pool called me on the same day I requested service, came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate and completed the job the next day. I had a leak in my pool and needed the tiles cleaned desperately. John sent out Curtis Howard and his crew. Curtis owns Expert Pool care and Tile Cleaning and let me tell you...experts they are! I've had my tiles cleaned a few years ago and they did a far better job! I am very pleased for the pool repair and the tiles that look brand new again! Thanks guys!
He had to come out three times before the leak was fixed. Also, had to call another pool service to program the new pump. But, he was very pleasant and the job was finally completed and working great.
