DaBella - Las Vegas (Roofing)

I didn't think we were going to buy windows today, but Jamar and Emilio showed us the reasons why it was beneficial to have our windows replaced. We liked the deal they offered, and we are happy to have the work done by a great company with such impressive and knowledgeable employees.

Mr Scott and Mr. Jordan were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Inspection was comprehensive, thorough, and on point. I can not state enough how professional these gentlemen are. Our questions were answered in terms we could understand, their presentation was excellent, and we watched the company replace the roof across the street a few months ago. It is a beautiful job. We would recommend this company!

very fast and efficient. 1 day to strip, 1 day to do trim and 1 day to install roof.

I found DaBella to be professional in customer service and the roofing work crew. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was professional and took pride in the work they did. They kept me informed, advised of the progress and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Niger is nice and knowledgeable. She goes beyond the caller. I like my roof and the installers did a good job and they were professional and safe. Any issues I had they handled in good timing.

My windows leak, and will not close! I have been trying to get a response since December 17/2020. I finally got a call from a woman named Tatiana on January 7/2020 that the project manager will call me on the 8th of January!!! Well as you guessed I received NO CALL! Do not use Dabella they do not keep their end of the bargain!!!!

I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. However, in the end, DaBella came through and we ended up with a beautiful roof. I could not be happier. Grummett Construction was the company that eventually did our roof. They were excellent. I could not be happier. They are the company who DaBella hooked us up with.The roof replacement was done efficiently and professionally. Cody Crummett is the person who helped us. He is excellent.

I was assisted in the buying process by Niger Allen, my local sales rep. She gave an excellent presentation and made the choice for the quality of DaBella an easy one. I learned so much from her informative teaching that I can now appreciate what I bought. I am super pleased with Niger's professionalism. The roof was completed in a very fast manner and I appreciate the commitment to getting the customer taken care of with dispatch. 1
