Dennis was responsive, professional, and did a great job. The job ended up being more difficult than we described, but he came up with a solution, explained to us the issue, and did not charge us an arm and a leg. Very honest and knowledgable to boot. It went awful - They promised to solve/fix the problem, but they were not able to do so and still charged $1450 falsely claiming it was for the labor. However, at first, they quoted that price of $,1450 ensuring that they would fix the boiler problem and I would have heat in my house. That process was never quoted as labor - It was quoted to fix the issue/problem of no heat.
