John (owner) quoted and brought the project in as estimated. I liked Johnâ s flexibility on a few issues that popped up, his contributing ideas and possibilities to design of the new deck before settling on final design, his and his carpenters quality and their attention to detail of every part of building the substructure and installation of decking and trim.

We just had our deck redone by john Teters of dream decks & remodeling. It turned out more than any dream we ever had!! The design he provided solves problems we had that kept us from fully enjoying our deck. Now it is so much more user friendly. The overhang is a soft grey that allows light in but reduces the harsh summer sun. The added decorative/safety lights he provided were something I never even thought of. He did this all in such a short period of timeâ now our family has the whole summer to play and relax on it. I highly recommend john of dream decks for any project you may consider.

John, from Dream Decks, was hired to finish our backyard deck that was botched by a previous licensed and bonded contractor. The project included the removal and re-construction of various elements of the botched job and finishing the remainder of the deck. We can't express how wonderful it was to work with a contractor that LISTENED to us and offered great ideas to achieve what we envisioned. He was very easy to work with! Each day, John arrived on time and put in a full day of work. He finished the job on time and came in on budget. We highly recommend John for your project and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for another project at our home.

I needed an old delapadated ground level deck removed and a new deck built. John showed up on time and finished the project early. Great work, fair pricing, and a clean job site. What more could you ask for?
