They were a good company - the lead on the day of was really excellent, but the remaining staff were only okay. Nothing was broken, however, and they were fairly efficient. It was a tough day in the rain and they were pleasant.

If you go cross country, you will not get your furniture when expected!! ended up waiting 4 months to get my furniture delivered! Broken legs on two TV stands. Almost all furniture ended up being dented or scratched! Delivery people wanted a big tip to remove the furniture from the truck to a storage unit. Since my furniture was not delivered to my house, they DID NOT need to set up the furniture, as promised, but they refused to remove anything from the truck unless I paid them extra! Complete Nightmare!!!
