DND Cleaning

Two ladies arrived promptly at the appointed time and after I showed them the house, they immediately went to work and cleaned non-stop until everything was cleaned. They appeared dedicated and eager to do the job. When I inspected their work I found it entirely satisfactory.

This company was very prompt and professional. Pricing was very good and the clean itself was excellent. I would definitely hire them again

They showed up in time ready to work. Worked for hours and even are coming back to do windows.

I?m just really frustrated. I set up for her to come today at noon, then I got a call yesterday that she would have to push it 2 hours. Luckily I could be flexible today so I thought, no worries! By the way, I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apt so not a lot to clean/ do. Also, I do want to mention that the little she did do was done well but she didn?t do much. Came today alone and I was very clear and specific on the things I needed done. To be blunt they weren?t. 1. Inside of microwave was still dirty 2. Mirrors and windows not done 3. Ceiling fans were not wiped down 4. Mantle and coffee table were not touched 5. Kitchen cabinets (outside) were not wiped (this is the biggest one I requested) 6. Laundry area was not touched, very clearly needed to be swept and such 7. Half assed making the guest bed- and didn?t finish vacuuming 8. Not that I asked for it but she said she was going to clean the inside of fridge which was not done either. I have been texting her for the last 4 hours and have not heard back from her yet. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. I want half a refund!!
