    Dave and crew did a fantastic job replacing our water lines. We called him on Friday to get a quote. He returned our call promptly and gave us a fair quote. Dave and his crew showed up promptly Monday morning at 7:00 AM to replace our water lines. Poppy and Dwayne did a great job cleaning up our yard and making it look great again! Fantastic company! They made our stress over burst old galvanized water lines disappear!

    Dave and crew arrived at the agreed time and day and promptly went to work. They completed the water line replacement by early afternoon and found an additional leak in the city water meter vault. For the next eight days I was without water due to Balto. City DPW. During that time Dave made repeated attempts to facilitate the cities repair to include showing up at 7:00 pm when the DPW crew arrived 8 days later. Dave gave the DPW crew guidance on how to complete the repair and stayed until 10:00 PM when the repair was complete. He went well and beyond what was expected of him. His customer service was a 10 on a 5 scale. Additionally, they restored the inside paneling after they completed the inside work replacing the water service line.
