We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! After much discussion and thought, we agreed on an expansive project list. * New kitchen: cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic backsplash, porcelain floor, ceiling and under-counter lighting * Replace hardwood floors (rip out hardwood, screw down sub-flooring, install and finish new flooring) * Replace interior doors (19) and door moldings * Replace all baseboard moldings * Build new Pantry and laundry room closets and remodel all other closets * Family Room: Design and install new in ceiling lighting, and install new laminate flooring * Replace all electrical switches and outlets, and install several new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and family room * Fix creaky stairs * Adjust step height of several stair steps * Paint every room and closet, which required resurfacing of many areas that had deep cracking/peeling of 60 years worth of paint. * Design and install plumbing for a new water softener system, and install system * Install new natural gas Hot Water Heater including leak detector with automatic water shut-off. Along the way, Dariusz made numerous helpful suggestions and incidental improvements, driven by his high standard of design and desire to deliver the best possible results. The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project. Darius Pardo and DDP Construction LLC are the absolute BEST. Our friends who have also engaged Dariusz say the same thing.

This company did an excellent job remodeling an attic apartment for me. I relied on Dariusz to just "get it done" and he took care of everything. I simply had to pick out some flooring, cabinets and some appliances. He did everything else. His guys worked quickly and efficiently. I could not have been more pleased with the final result. I thought the labor charges were reasonable. Frankly, I expected to pay a lot more. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were on time, efficient and got to the heart of the problem after a new roof had been put on the house the year before. Although we had a guarantee from the roofing company, they said that they did not cover that kind of situation unless it could be proved that it was a leak due to their work. We contacted DDP from your list and he came over to review the situation.There was mold forming in the corner of the ceiling which connected the roof. We thought it was a leak but it turned out to be mold. The individual assessed the project and gave us a fair price based on the work needed.

Darek and his workers are AMAZING. They consistently showed up on time and worked with us to get the job done on time. When it became obvious that our original plan for the room (replace drywall, sand, and paint) would not address all the structural issues uncovered during the demo phase, they were more than willing and able to work with us on a solution that didn't break the bank (rebuild broken staircase, rebuild pantry, replace wood and tile flooring). The finished project far exceeds our expectations.

Initially wanted to install an interior sliding door to a new area. They did an incredibly great job. Also had them paint numerous rooms, replaced and installed all new toilets, added custom mirror in bathroom, lighting fixture, built retaining wall in backyard, repaired Mortis locks, new storm door, beautiful handrails for entrance stairs. They were very flexible and accommodating. They are very professional. Their workmanship is superb.

Darek is very professional and reliable. His main concern was always to make sure we were happy with the work, and he went out of his way to make that happen. The project was finished on-time, which is unheard-of in the construction business. My husband and I LOVE our new kitchen!! We would recommend DDP Construction wholeheartedly and will definitely call Darek again for any future projects.

Dariusz was professional, prompt, and punctual. The staff supplied for the job was neat, thorough, and completed the job on schedule. The finished product was exactly as imagined.

The bench mark for any contractor is to ask the customer if they had another project would they use the same contractor again. My answer in regard to DDP Construction would be, in a word, "ABSOLUTELY". The finish work was impeccable. Darek is very personable, knowledgeable, reliable and also got good deals on appliances and counter tops, but most importantly, he is accessible. He did a complete renovation on my kitchen. He was on the job every day, not all day long, but available if I had questions. Are there hidden problems and surprise costs when they open your walls, ceiling and floor? Of course there are, but they were handled professionally the very next day. Is your wife going to be completely satisfied? Of course she's not, but she was happy with the finish results. She wanted a flush mounted stove and refrigerator, didn't happen in a 10' by 10' room, but that's wasn't Darek's fault. She thinks the cabinets could have been a little wider and deeper but we both like the soft close doors and drawers, and the construction is excellent. Over the past few years I've had occasion to use about 4 or 5 different contractors for different projects such as roofing, siding, walkways and entry doors. Would I use any of them again? In four words, "not even at gunpoint". Generally you see the general contractor once or twice to sign the contract and to pick up the money and that's it. Like I said, Darek worked with us thru every step of the project and personally saw to any modifications we requested. I would highly recommend DDP Construction and will most likely use them again when I re-do my deck, when I find that bucket of money.
