Doug is too aggressive and gives you no warning before they cut out your walls and flooring and brought in huge loud fans in three major places in our home, connecting each fan to every bathroom and kitchen sink with tubing. HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE BRINGING IN 3 SETS OF TWO FANS TO BE USED FOR TWO DAYS!! We had NO warning to pack and get a room for a few days (two people, two dogs, and two cats)!!!! He said he never had a problem before!! Well, he has not been in business for very long! The areas are air-drying and doing fine! He treated our 1,450 sq. feet home like it was a mansion! Plus his team is slobs! They left their leftovers out in the street in front of my house in open boxes after lining up to use my microwave! Thank God I did not have rats, raccoons, or coyotes circling my home last night! And they parked one of their trucks in my driveway and had the back lift gate out which was about 6 to 8 feet long and/or wide. I had to go to a medical procedure and opened the garage to leave and drove right into the lift because I did not see it!! Destroyed my back bumper!!! $$$

They were very professional, they explained everything to us. They walked us through the steps. They answered all our questions. Very meticulous. They cleaned up after themselves.
