Plumber installed the dishwasher crocked and told us the new one was slightly bigger and had to fit the way he installed it. It took me ten minutes after he left to figure out how to make the dishwasher perfectly straight. Then, he was supposed to haul away the old dishwasher, but said that his truck was broken and he would return later that day to remove it. After three days of calls, and a complaint to Home Advisor which got us nowhere, we had the old dishwasher removed at addition cost. All and all, the job was too expensive for the work performed.

Called me after I ordered on line and offered to come a day earlier. They arrived on time, knew exactly the problem from experience. I had validated beforehand by googling the issue. They were spot on. He completed in two hours and the rate exceeded my expectations for the value. I recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment, then they said they couldn't come. After I insisted they keep their appointment the repairman reluctantly came out. However, he completely misdiagnosed my issue (I know because I had to contact another repair company to do the work, who fixed my appliance but with a completely different replacement part than what D Appliance suggested). D Appliance was both incompetent and a complete waste of time....

Fair price,very good customer service and communication, were able to come the next day- def recommended for appliance repair needs (they fixed our washing machine).

I appreciated their ability to come at a specific time as opposed to a time window. Meant I had to take less time off of work. Also, appreciated their speed and professionalism.
