Very good customer service. They painted my whole first floor in 2 days.

This is the most unprofessional people I had to deal with. They should not even have a license to do this kind of work.

They were very easy to work with. I have since had some follow-ups on minor problems, and they have been right there to assist. I also had a desk and bar sink pulled out and they replaced them with cabinets and drawers. My kitchen is now more functional as well as beautiful.

DO NOT HIRE PERIOD! Jack the co-owner ( Installer ) showed up on a Monday morning to start work and as he brought in his equipment I asked him and his worker to wear masks there was a bit of grumbling but they complied. I then asked Jack are you going to protect my floors because they are new. Jack replied â well if I have to?â They actually showed up unprepared to protect the floor and had to go to Home Depot to purchase cardboard to cover the floor. Whenever I asked Jack questions he would laugh HA HA HA HA and never answer my question. There also was a short section of wall that I asked Jack about and he would reply ( I don't do walls ) I had discussed this section with Ray his partner when they did the estimate. So I called Ray and he never discussed the fact I called him with Jack about the wall. There was NO communication about anything during this process. Jack was the most obnoxious contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. So unprofessional they left a huge mess on my walls and trampled this into my rugs going to my basement. I have photos where they screwed the drawers together with half of the screws sticking out and sharp on the inside where you put your hands. The last straw was when I went into the basement bathroom both drop rugs were ruined and there was SHIT all over the back of the toilet seat that we had to clean up. The quality of the doors is very good, but the laminate covering the cabinet frames is less than top quality. Also the installation of the laminate was poor. You can see where the finishing nails were driven into the frames near the edge of the laminate, nothing was used to try and hide them. The plastic laminate looks like a painted surface and doesn’t really match the quality of the doors. Also, the inside front corners of the cabinet openings were routed using a small diameter router bit to trim them flush with the existing frames, but the corners were not finished properly after using the router bit. Some of the corners are gouged by trying to push the router bit too far into the corner. The installer was also unprofessional. He didn’t initially align all the spaces between the upper and lower doors or make sure that the doors closed properly and completely. He wasn’t concerned about replacing a couple of doors that were damaged during installation. It took an additional three weeks to get the replacement doors. He didn’t even bother to contact me about when the replacement doors would be delivered. I had to contact him and ask when they would be delivered. In conclusion, I would never use this company again and would recommend against anyone else using them. Their price was a little high and their quality and performance certainly wasn’t worth it.
