Custom Pavers & Pavers fixed a failing retaining wall for me quickly and at a reasonable price. Everyone was easy to work with, and the crew was friendly and professional. The wall turned out better than I anticipated! Every time I pull into my driveway and see the retaining wall, I'm super relieved and grateful for the work they did.

In 2017, after many fruitless attempts to get Custom Pavers & Design to stand by their work I had no other choice but to turn to the court of law. I sued Custom Pavers & Design and won the case. The nasty behavior of this contractor in the court of law didn't help their defense at all. The court awarded me a full judgement against this contractor. Contentious to the end, this contractor satisfied the judgement only after his license was temporarily suspended by WA State Department of Labor and Industry. Needless to say, that judgement was in relation to a specific complaint and as such has no bearing on any future claims that may arise under the 25-year warranty issued by the contractor. It goes without saying, that I would love nothing more than not to have any warranty issues with this contractor but unfortunately it is not the case. Presently I am faced with several of them, including one of the anchoring concrete edges that has seriously caved in and there is now a loose bullnose paver in the middle of a step in a high foot traffic area, which is frequently used by delivery drivers. These issues and their repair are clearly identified as covered by the warranty issued to me by Custom Pavers & Design. And so I contacted this contractor to report these issues, noting that the loose bullnose paver, located in a high foot traffic area, was a hazard and could become a liability for me if not promptly repaired. Not hearing back from Custom Pavers & Design, I contacted them again, and again and again. All of my calls and emails were ignored. This is unconscionable. As I have no other recourse, I will be taking this contractor to court again. This time, however, I will also be taking this matter to the Attorney General of WA State since I firmly believe that Custom Pavers & Design, while issuing a warranty, had no intention whatsoever of ever honoring it. There are 20 more years left under this warranty and I am fully prepared to hold this contractor accountable.

After consulting with several local paving companies, we finally found Custom Pavers & Design. Our estimator Steele scheduled us in short time, and he was thorough. The estimate was surprisingly reasonable. From then on, all staff we worked with were helpful, professional, and left us beautiful work in our backyard. Kudos to Naz, Steele, Jaclyn, Silvio, Octavio, Antenon, and Esti!

It was a pleasure to work with this team. From the start up to the end of the project, everything went smoothly and by the plan. Steele, Naz and Jaclyn have been in touch with us all the time. Everyone was very professional and courteous, everyone involved was great. They did an excellent job with our back patio, stairs and walkway in front of the house. This company did a fantastic job. Silvio , the project manager is the best. His crew is professional and so hardworking. We were amazed by how our yard was transformed into an inviting paver patio with a seat wall and few steps . We are so happy with their work and our beautiful paver patio! Silvio and his team are very knowledgeable in the industry and will give you a good advice/suggestion on assigned projects. Custom Pavers created a parking spot in front of our garage using pavers. It looks awesome. They were very professional, responsive and the quality of work was great!

It took a while to complete the project because of COVID19 issues and poor air quality from the California fires, but Custom Pavers did a fantastic job. This was a relatively small project and we had to coordinate work with a deck construction project that interfaced with our sidewalk pavers. Steele was very responsive and accommodating to our scheduling issues with the deck contractor. We are extremely happy with their work and their appreciation to our specific needs. I highly recommend them.
