We had a pipe burst in our basement ceiling that led to an outdoor faucet, and we had to shut water off to our house. Custom came out less than 24 hours after I called. The crew sent a text message when they were in route and I could track them prior to their arrival. The crew was prompt and quickly identified the problem with minimal disruption to our existing building materials. They showed me the source of the problem and quickly repaired it. Isaac and Angelo were very respectful, cleaned up their work area thoroughly, and restored our water service quickly. These guys will be my new go to outfit for future plumbing needs.

Charged me over double what other contractors would for doing the same repair. They took advantage of me. Typically charge $170 for this repair, I got charged $489.00 Repairman did a great job, very friendly. CSR also very friendly. Can't recommend for pricing gouge.

Called when en route, arrived on time, efficient, friendly, courteous. This was for a swamp cooler start up for the year, not an installation. We were very happy with this company and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

On February 18, in the middle of a huge, weeklong freeze, my boiler quit working. I called Custom Heating. When they left, the boiler was producing heat. They charged me $1200. Four days later I heard a harsh loud noise coming from the boiler. I went down into the crawl space and found the boiler leaking and the sump pump running (the noise I heard) but not removing the accumulating water. I called Custom again. They arrived at 5:30. They said the pressure valve was leaking and the sump pump was broken. They said they had had to order a new valve. I asked how long it would take. They said â with the shortages and COVID it could take a while. They then walked out of my house leaving me with a leak that would inevitably flood and destroy my boiler and flood my crawl space in a matter of days. The next morning, the leak was worse and the water level rose. In a panic, I bought a shop vac and spent an hour sucking up water and hauling it out of the crawl space which was not easy. (I am 74 years old). I then called another company who came out right away and immediately installed a new valve and a new sump pump. It is now March 8 and I have heard nothing from Custom. Apparently, they are still waiting for the valve they ordered to arrive

However, we would have gladly taken care of those repairs had we been given the authorization required from you to do so. Install was very smooth, all questions were answered. We are extremely happy with our Aprilaire Powered Whole Home Humidifier and our Lennox Air Filtration System.
