The two young men we had were professional. They cleaned all the areas we had 7 windows replaced. This company is the best. I l9ve the windows. And we can tell our house is warmer. And you don't hear the traffic outside. I would recommend this company. Thankyou 5 stars is all I could give you we would of given a 10 star.

My wife and I ordered two windows, one regular, rectangular window for the bathroom, one larger triangular window for the bar. When the team first showed up to install it, the window they had was completely the wrong shape and size and we had to wait several months for them to re-make it and get it right. While installing it, the installer spent a good amount of time complaining about how difficult it would be to seal it properly. From day one, the window leaked from both bottom corners, I reported this and they had the same installer come back out. He re-sealed the window and complained again about how difficult it would be to seal it. Both corners still leaked afterward so they had the same installer come out yet again, he sealed it again, complained about the job, again, and even went so far as to tell us that our salesman never should have sold us said window in the first place which confirms my theory about their sales associates using highly predatory sales tactics and not caring at all about the final result. Finally, they had a different team come out and they put some kind of extra metal frame around the outside along with additional framing on the inside. The window no longer leaks, however, there's rough, unfinished wood framing shoved on to the inside with corners that don't match up and large, visible spots of epoxy holding it together and it looks AWFUL. We were told that it would only be temporary and somebody would be coming back to finish the inside. Today is Sunday, we were told that somebody would be here last Thursday and nobody showed up or contacted until we got a call much later in the evening saying that somebody would come on Friday. We waiting all day and nobody showed up or contacted us. The unprofessionalism and callous disregard this company has shown for its customers is mind-blowing to me and I urge anyone reading this to go with someone else. The windows are great, everything else about them has been a nightmare.

TERRIBLE "COMPANY"! Ordered windows in July and they took $4,500 for down payment. Installation was supposed to happen this week. Have called 10 times for follow-up and received absolutely NO response from this "company". At this point it seems that they have just stolen $4,500 from us. Would NOT recommend these "company" of CON-MEN!!

The guys doing the install were fine, but this company is just after their bottom dollar. Here is what to expect: 1- OBNOXIOUS SALES PROTOCOLS - First gave me an estimate of nearly $50,000, then the salesman called his boss who was willing to negotiate it down to $35,000. Told them that was still double what I was willing to pay. The next day, I was told that they could put a sign in front of my house to advertise and give me a SUBSTANTIAL discount with a 25 minute consultation. So now I am on day 2 of taking time off work to meet with a salesman because it took several hours, and rather than doing what they said, the guy just tried to offer me a worse product and suggested fewer windows...at the end of the talk, it was costing MORE/WINDOW, and THAT was the deal they offered. However, after two days of back and forth, we got a number I was comfortable with and we moved forward. But be prepared for lots of good cop/bad cop, time-wasting, greasy sales tactics. 2- CHECK EVERY SINGLE WORD OF THE CONTRACT - They installed the wrong window, I asked them to fix it, they said that i signed off on the window in the agreement...which i DID! I hadnt noticed that the salesman had incorrectly switched a double-hung window with a picture window. SO now, I cannot open the window in that room. I am partially to blame for this, but let this be a warning: you will need to CHECK THEIR WORK, AND DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL THEY HAVE HELD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. a decent product, absolute garbage company. More of a headache than they are worth.

The installation was and still is a joke and an on going process. They didn?t measure the windows correctly and tried to make what they made work. My front door was three months late. They do inferior work in every aspect, they dented my siding up because they didn?t take the care using cushion ladder out riggers, they maybe by mistake to a Dewalt battery and charger , and when I called the company I never got any response back telling me they looked into it, just tried to blow it off. I asked the original installation crew to start and Finnish one of the rooms so I could house my dogs in, they refused and I had to put my dogs out in my yard on leashes and one was bit by a tic and got Lyme disease. From start to Finnish which isn?t as of yet completed it?s been a total nightmare, it was to be started and finished by October 31.. 2022. They are trying to use the Covid excuse which doesn?t fly with me because we agreed with the sales at basically the end of Covid . I believe they are full of excuses because I?m an owner operator truck. Driver who hauled jelled wen doors and windows all threw Covid. I should also mention the first crew has been fired for inferior work, if they get the work finally finished on the third trip, it will be the third crew! So fair warning? please research all other window companies before joining into a contract with such company.

It takes six weeks to make your windows then they come and put them in . Otherwise a good company I rate them 4 1/2 stars.

Be very wary for contract terms. I would not sign with this company. They are extremely unfair. You have everything to lose they have everything to gain. Terms of the contract show that they can change install date any time they want. They want to charge me in full even though I requested to cancel. The salesperson was nice and he did a thorough presentation. He did not have a business card and scribbled his name and number on a scrap of paper. I had to sign on a notepad and did not get to read the whole contract but planned to do so the following day since they emailed the copy of the contract and the sales person told me there were three days to cancel one of which was already over since the presentation was done at night. I told the salesperson that I was going to have work done in my basement, specifically on the foundation so that if that work was done, I would need to have the windows re-installed. He said it should not be a problem, but after speaking with the contractor for the basement, he said that the windows would need to be removed for him to do his work. At that point the contractor for the basement would need to charge me to re install the windows so I decided not to move forward with Pro Edge. I have already paid $1200.00 to Pro Edge to lock in the terms however I was told the factory would not be calling until March once the windows were manufactured and they were ready to be installed. Since I spent the days following the presentation suffering from a migraine, I could not review the contract in my email. When I did, I found the terms to be extremely unreasonable. Because I was required to sign on a separate notepad it was difficult to read the entire contract and I had every intention to do so in my email. I was told he could not leave me with a paper contract. Because of the migraine, I could not look at a computer screen. I did expect that I was going to have to pay something since I did not cancel in 3 days. When I called the company on Dec 12 to cancel, I reached a representative who kindly told me I was unable to cancel. I told her the reason I needed to cancel since the work was being done on the basement foundation and that the contractor would need to charge me anyway for doing the windows, basically I would have to pay twice for the job. The contractor offered a much lower price for the same job. She said due to me signing the contract I could not cancel. No work had been done and the factory would not call me until March so I wanted to know why I would be responsible for a job that I no longer wanted done and no work had been done. She told me she would have someone give me a call back. Later that day, the sales supervisor called me back and he very politely tried to explain the value of his product. I have been in sales for many years and am very familiar with all the tactics he used to win the sale but what happened at the end is not something I would ever use and left me shaken! I thought we were going to come to some kind of mutual agreement but that was not going to be possible. The first step was to tell me the value in the product-the lifetime warranty, the excellent insulation value. These unfortunately were not that meaningful to me since I plan to sell the house and it was basement windows so I was not concerned about comfort and insulation as if it was a living area. I explained to him I was having a contractor come to do work on my foundation, just as I had told to the salesperson who came to my house. I did not want to double pay and the contractor offered a much lower price. His next step was shaming-(I never quite like to use that method to save a sale, it is demeaning to the customer, but no harm done) When I told him the contractor was going to do the job for much less he started laughing and mocking me as if I was not intelligent. He said the contractor I chose would be here today and gone tomorrow and will ha
