Eric was great to work with. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure youâ re on the same page every step of the way. Heâ s also kind and courteous, and that goes a long way when you have someone in your house for 8 weeks! He also told us a timeline, and completed the project within that time!

We cannot say enough about what Eric has done! Ecstatic is an understatement. We had a tub/shower side by side that was builder grade and we lived with it for 16 years as it rotted away. Custom Bathrooms By Design worked with us, our budget, and gave us a gorgeous walk in shower with shelving for towels and it just feels as luxurious as it looks. We will definitely be hiring them again very soon for other projects because they are THAT GOOD.
