I used this family owned company for sod installation in April 2025. Although, I like to support small and family owned business, I wish I never patronized this folks. 1) I asked for Zeon Zoysia Sod, and I paid for zeon zoysia, but they gave me 2 different sod/zoysia. I don't even know which one is zeon. Unfortunately, I didn't noticed this fraud until the sod is rooted and grown. That's when I noticed 2 different grass on my lawn. FRAUD!!! 2) I paid to install sprinkler heads on my lawn, and they gave me cheap products that didn't work. I had to get professional sprinkler personnel to fix their mess. When the professional dug up the sprinkler Fourcorner installed, the sprinkler hose was crooked and very cheap products they purchased 3) After the sod installation, my lawn was not level, bumpy and unbalanced. I complained, but didn't fix it 4) Lastly, I trusted this people, and paid them off thinking they'll have integrity to come back and finish the mess they make but they ghosted me

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

In the past, I had hired many companies that took care of my lawn. Now, I have FourCorner Landscaping and I will keep it forever. This is a small family business but their work ethics are giant. They treat my yard as their own. Very punctual and professional. I'm so blessed to have them taking care of my yard. I don't charge my advice for having spent time and experiments dealing with other companies. GO WITH FOURCORNER LANDSCAPING FOR YOUR LAWN CARE. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. TAKE MY WORDS.
