If you are in the Jacksonville, Hubert, Swansboro and/or adjacent areas, you should consider hiring Edwin Cruz Home Construction and Repairs. After a busted water pipe my garage was a mess. Mr. Cruz arrived and after the first visit, I never had any doubt on the outcome of the project. I will have him on speed dial for all my other house repair needs. Excellent work!

have to micro manage,had to restain my 12/16 deck not done properly,installed rear door improperly after reframing entire opening had remove and reenstall and charged for his mistake,,,tried to overcharge for doors ,I ordered same doors same retailer for over a 1000. less then he wanted,plus his arithmatic on whats owed and pain off by over 100..so he is a nice guy really but did not impress ex for front door did an excellent job,reframing and install,and new window very good job,,sort of crap shoot..at 75 dont have time to redo and audit his bills and pricing mistakes ..I prepaid so as to have my money used to buy needed stuff and these payments led to several rounds of adjusted billing and still he could not reconcile payments with actual cost. has not dunned me for balance caused by his error and reenstall of rear door...had to back away as to many good and poor methods employed,,his honesty never in question but it is what it is,,had much work for him as i am 75 and partially disabled and cant do stuff .. thought the world of cruz to start with dont like to micro manage..
