Reviews
Write a ReviewThis was one of the worst experiences with a contractor. The bathroom is not complete, the project manager is rude and aggressive to the point that he scared my wife. I had to ask him not politely to leave and told the company he was not to be on our property again. The workers do not speak English and have no idea what they are supposed to do. Fortunately or unfortunately my wife speaks Spanish, the workers attempted to get cash from her to cover materials. They claimed the company would not provide all the materials for the job. Work was sporadic at best, workers showed up around noon to eat and leave their mess on our patio, then wanted to work very late interrupting dinner and sometimes bedtime routines. Don't trust anything anyone in this company says. They will say one thing, put something different in the contract, then do whatever they want ignoring both. Questions will not be answered, if you want any sort of itemization they flat out refuse to provide this. We are now missing cabinets that were not part of the contract, but the salesman said would still get done. They did take our old cabinets but they will not be replacing anything since cabinets were not in the contract, even for demolition. So now we have an incomplete full remodel, were hounded for final payment, and still can't use the bathroom as intended. When I pointed this out, I was told the shower and tub work, the toilet works, and there is a sink. It is a remodelled bathroom and I should be happy with what I got from them. Oh, and they removed our tub which was explicitly in the contract to stay. They claim to have bought and installed a $4000 tub so we should be happy they upgraded us. Unfortunately the installation was so shoddy there is no support under the tub at all. My 90 pound daughter took a shower and complained that the tub moved when she stepped in different places. I tried it out and the bottom of the tub does not have any support under it so if you step wrong it does feel like the tub is moving since it bends with any weight. $11000 dollars got us 80 sqft of tile, 2 outlets on an interior wall, and a swapped light fixture that we supplied the new fixture for as well.
Crossroads took on a half-complete project. They finished the unfinished parts and completed a few side projects. Will use again.
Crossroads Home Improvements was awesome!! My bathroom is beautiful. I live in an older home, and on a budget. The sale rep that came to my house was great. He showed me options that I could afford. The installers were amazing. It was an overall pleasant experience.
I am very pleased with my bathroom remodel. Their quality of work is very impressive, high attention to detail, professional and friendly service. Definitely recommending to my friends & family.
I would highly recommend this company for a bathroom remodel! The sales rep was great, the installation was speedy and precise. The results are beyond my expectations.
